Peer Mentoring Project
The Peer Mentoring Scheme focuses exclusively on helping adult substance misuse dependent individuals achieve economic independence via access to sustainable employment, allied with skills training, education and volunteering opportunities (See more)

CAIS is part of the CAMRE partnership which provides funds to help recovering substance misusers access training, education or any other learning or personal development project (See more)

Don't Touch - Tell!
Don’t Touch – Tell! is a programmefully funded by the Health Board and local councils,that educateschildren in primary schoolsabout thepotential dangers to young people associated with used, discarded injecting equipment, peer pressureand underage drinking. (See more)

Supporting People
This service provides housing related support for people with drug or alcohol issues to help you live independently. Support can include help with claiming benefits, advice with budgeting and debts, organising access to facilities in the community, maintaining your tenancy, and accessing education and employment (See more)

Supporting Housing
CAIS provides supported housing for single people and couples in flats, houses and shared houses across north Wales. The purpose of this service is to enable individuals to learn the skills necessary to live independently in the community by providing accommodation and practical support. (See more)

Assessment
A CAIS Assessment is often the first appointment for people concerned with their drug or alcohol use. It is an opportunity to discuss your needs with a trained assessor/counsellor and find the most suitable and timely service for you. A CAIS assessment may lead to CAIS counselling, another CAIS service, a Community Drug and Alcohol Team service, or a combination of any of these (See more)

Counselling
CAIS Drug and Alcohol Counselling will help you to talk about the problems you are facing. You may be worried, depressed, confused or wanting to make changes to your drinking or drug taking and your life. Your Counsellor will respect you and will not "tell you what to do" (See more)

Transitional Support Scheme
The Transitional Support Scheme is aimed at people serving less than twelve months in prison with drug and/or alcohol problems. The Scheme is voluntary. (See more)

Gwynedd & Anglesey

Anglesey and Gwynedd YPSMS (Young Person's Service)
The Young Person Substance Misuse Service (YPSMS) is available to young people, typically under 22 years old, who are experiencing problems with substance misuse (See more)

Conwy & Denbighshire

Conwy Refrain
Conwy Refrain is a therapeutic counselling service for individuals who have a mental health problem together with problematic substance misuse. (See more)

Conwy and Denbighshire Structured Day Programme
This is a 12 week programme which aims to help people who are no longer using drugs and alcohol to increase their quality of life, self awareness, self esteem and confidence (See more)

DAWN Centre
The DAWN Centre is a multi-agency building in Colwyn Bay that provides a range of treatment and meeting rooms for agencies to work with people who may be currently using, or at risk of using drugs and alcohol problematically, offending, or are socially excluded. (See more)

Doorstop Project Denbighshire
The Doorstop Project provides housing related support for people who are in treatment or recently released from prison and engaged with the Community Drug and Alcohol Service. (See more)

Flintshire & Wrexham

Therapeutic Intervention Service
This serviceoffers brief therapy of up to six sessions to explore the underlying reasons for the use of alcohol and/or drugs. (See more)

Motivational Enhancement Team (Flintshire)
The MET Team offers a series of brief, confidential discussions aimed at helping to motivate people to change their drug or alcohol use. (See more)

Wrexham Community Support Project
The Community Support Project provides community support to substance misusers who have received inpatient or community detoxification programmes and enables them to achieve social care objectives as defined in individual service users Care Plans. (See more)

Doorstop Project Wrexham
The Doorstop Scheme,provides accommodation and housing support service to homeless people who are leaving prison with significant drug misuse issues. (See more)

Wrexham Soup Dragon
The Soup Dragon is a service where food is provided for homeless or roofless people. (See more)

Options Project (Wrexham)
This is an exciting Barnardo's Cymru led service for care leavers aged between 17-25 years living in Wrexham who are not in Education, Employment or Training. (See more)

Wrexham Young Person's Service (YOS)
Receives referrals from Youth Justice Workers to undertake specialist substance misuse assessments to young people aged 18 years and under who are offenders or are in danger of offending and refer them into treatment as necessary (See more)

Young Person's Project Wrexham
The Young Persons Project offers young people aged 16 - 25 in Wrexham a confidential, friendly service. We offer support and advice around substance misuse issues and independent living skills. (See more)
