GIFT Scheme - Denbighshire

 Overview of the service

 Launched by Denbighshire County Council, this multi-agency project provides support to homeless people in the county.

Aims and Objectives

To provide a responsive housing related support service to people who are homeless, potentially homeless, or who live in temporary accommodation

This project is an example of partnership working at its best and was publicly recognised as such by members of Denbighshire County Council at a Homelessness forum during the year. The GIFT Partnership is project managed by the Homelessness Section of the Denbighshire County Council Housing Department in holistic approach to meeting the support needs of vulnerable people. Other partners include NACRO Housing, Women’s Aid and Tai Hafan.
