Overview of the service

Supported housing, to ensure that occupants feel safe and secure in their home and within the community and that occupants have opportunities to extend their skills, interests and friendships. To ensure that occupants feel more able and better equipped to manage their home and live in a community as a result of receiving support.  

Aims and Objectives

A person specific contract is continuing to be delivered in response to identified needs and commissioner requirements. The client in question has made significant progress during the last 12 months and this contract may be terminated at some point in the future as a result of positive client outcomes.
