What is it?

progress2work is a government sponsored programme through Jobcentre Plus which is totally voluntary.

The aim of the service is to support clients with a history of drug misuse to enter education, training or employment.

progress2work offers clients assessment to help identify education and training needs and job goals. It also offers help to overcome barriers (e.g. long term unemployment, criminal records) to achieve those goals.

A Support Worker works with each client giving advice, guidance and support to help clients take an appropriate route for them.
