Our Mission
Hafan Wen aims to help people affected by drugs and alcohol throughout the UK by providing them with a range of timely and flexible treatment interventions in a safe and empathic environment whilst enabling and empowering them to make significant lifestyle changes.

You have the right to discuss your care with staff at any time. If you are unhappy with any aspect of your care you may use the Hafan Wen complaints procedure, which is available to you at your request.
The staff at Hafan Wen are very experienced and knowledgeable and above all are very approachable and understanding. They also acknowledge how difficult it is for people to make such a difficult decision to stop using drugs and alcohol.
The following reports are an integral part of the Clinical Governance Framework at Hafan Wen and are used as part of our Quality Improvement programme.
