At-Your-Service-2 is a paid supported employment programme for those actively seeking work in customer services and the catering and hospitality industries.
Placements start at 16 weeks, and provide a mix of practical experience, accredited training, workshops and activities.
At-Your-Service-2 is designed to help people gain new skills, develop confidence and become work-ready.

At-Your-Service-2 is available to people who:
live in the Conwy County Borough Council or Denbighshire County Council area
are aged 25 or over
are long-term unemployed or economically inactive
having suffered work-limiting health conditions
Unfortunately the programme is not available to people who:
are taking part in the Work Programme
are taking part in the Work Choice Programme
are on PACE
Those eligible for the service will begin a paid placement (24 hours a week) at the national living wage in support of their efforts to tackle barriers to work and find a job.
Through accredited qualifications, hands-on work experience and one-to-one support with job applications, At-Your-Service-2 provides postive steps to employment.
At-Your-Service-2 is supported by the European Social Fund through the Welsh Government, as part of the Active Inclusion Fund managed by WCVA.
