For many people, one of the most important aspects of their stay is their accommodation.
Residents of Ty’n Rodyn have their own bedroom equipped with a writing desk, wardrobe and cupboards for their belongings.
Rooms are a place for clients to retire to when they want time for self reflection and relaxation.
Whilst residents are supervised in all aspects of activities and therapies, they are afforded a high level of privacy and respect in a clean, conducive and safe environment.
Ty’n Rodyn is equipped with a modern kitchen. Residents shop together, cook together and eat together which creates a community spirit and a feeling of togetherness.
The Group Room/TV Room
This room shares a dual purpose, offering an environment conducive to learning and sharing experiences as service users. This room also becomes the a place to relax and unwind, and to consider learning points from the days groups.
Because of T’yn Rodyn's prime location in the city of Bangor, residents are able to access many local amenities such as the public library, swimming pool, gymnasium, shops and museum.
CAIS has a close working relationship with Bangor University and residents are encouraged and supported to access courses and gain professional qualifications in areas that are of interest to them.
