Don't Touch - Tell! continues to have an important role to play within the primary schools of North Wales promoting 'keepsafe' messages with regards to drugs and, more recently, alcohol awareness. It has been welcomed by the schools as an important teaching resource in the promotion of health education and safety.
In line with National Guidelines, Don't Touch - Tell! imparts the following messages:
It educates - in both English and Welsh - by giving knowledge and imparting skills (97% of children who have seen a performance still remember the message one year on).
It entertains - by using professional entertainers, who make learning fun and memorable.
It provides - interactive C.D. ROMs for pupils, parent information leaflets, and a pack of teacher user-friendly resources to stimulate learning in both the classroom and the home.
