Structured Recovery Programme

The North Wales Structured Recovery Programme helps to promote abstinence, reduce harm and enhance recovery capital – boosting self-reliance and personal independence.

Our programme helps people with experience of substance misuse sustain their recoveries – and enhance their physical and mental health and wellbeing.

Participants learn new life skills, access a range of accredited qualifications and are supported through mutual aid approaches.  They also take part in peer learning, and can try a range of other fun and rewarding activities.

Endeavour Award

Our Endeavour Award enables participants to increase their employability and build their CV through accredited qualifications.

Record your progress on the programme in three categories – skills for life, citizenship and service and health and wellbeing – and take part in volunteering activities to earn a silver, gold or platinum award.

Joining the programme

Participants normally join the programme for a period of 12 weeks.  You can begin at any time.

Our programme is flexible, and you can access it around your existing caring or childcare commitments.  We will support you to attend other appointments with other bodies or agencies.

The Structured Recovery Programme is for people aged 18 or over with experience of substance misuse conditions.  Participants will be maintaining abstinence or control, on a reduction pathway or long-term stable.

The programme is delivered at locations throughout North Wales. You will be able to claim back the cost of travel to our venues by bus, or other reasonable travel expenses.

To join the programme or find out more information, please call 0345 06 121 12 and quote STRUCTURED RECOVERY PROGRAMME.  We aim to arrange an initial appointment for an informal assessment within five working days.
