Worried about how much you're drinking? Our Therapeutic Intervention service could help
Our Therapeutic Interventions team offer constructive and motivational sessions for people who want to cut their level of alcohol and/or drug use or remain alcohol and/or drug free.
Common presenting issues include depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, low motivation, and poor sleep patterns.
Up to twelve entirely confidential appointments are offered in the first instance, but more may be made available if necessary.

The service is run from a variety of local venues.
Referrals can be made by people concerned about their own drug and/or alcohol use, or any professional with the individual’s prior consent.

If you are worried about someone else’s alcohol and/or drug use you can also contact the service for advice.
